August 12, 2007 – Perfect Sealing Inc., Jacksonville, Florida Review

We hate to be the bearer of bad news for a local Jacksonville, Florida business, but Perfect Sealing Inc. of Jacksonville, Florida is anything but perfect.  In our opinion, a better name would for this Jacksonville business would be “Imperfect Sealing” as the following pictures will attest.

Perfect Sealing Inc's Brian Meyer's work has left the tile looking significantly worse than before they began work. Unfortunately although there has been a lot of talk about standing behind their work, they have not done so. Our opinion is to avoid Perfect Sealing of Jacksonville at all costs.

In late 2006, Perfect Sealing of Jacksonville gave an estimate for sealing a driveway, roof, and deck. Unfortunately the job turned out poorly (see below) and Perfect Sealing of Jacksonville is unwilling to fix the problem despite repeated promises to do so.

Since January 2007, Perfect Sealing has been stating they will fix the issue, but as of September 17, 2007, they have not done so.  You can easily see the whitish/grey discoloration on the entire deck area. Perfect Sealing has acknowledged the problem on multiple occasions but has not remedied the problem. As you can see the sealing job left the tile with white residue all over it.

Since you have plenty of options for a tile sealing job, our opinion is that it is best to avoid Perfect Sealing of Jacksonville. Why take the chance with a company that won't stand behind its work when plenty of other companies will do so? Brian, please do the right thing and have Perfect Sealing of Jacksonville stand by your work!
